So you would like to be a Tournament Director!!!
First and foremost, you must be an active participant in the forums at http://www.tourneypool.net/
If you apply for TD before being active in the Tourneypool forums, your application will automatically be declined.
When you register for the forums, your name must match your league name exactly.
When applying via the TD Application PLEASE fill out the Application COMPLETELY before submitting.
Please read the following rules to be a TD in Tourneypool.
If you feel you meet the requirements, please submit an application.
1. You must have completed at least 200 league games in order to be considered as a Tournament Director in Tourneypool.
2. You must be present and active in Crossed Cues lobby to give the Training Crew ample opportunity to get to know you.
3. If you are a Head TD or Admin in Tourneypool, you may not be a TD for any other league. There is an exception to this rule: Interleagues staff always consist of Admins/HDTDs from participating leagues. Also, any Tourneypool staff member who participates in interleague competition for a league other than Tourneypool while said competition is being played in Crossed Cues will immediately be removed from staff.
4. By deciding to apply to become a Tournament Director for Tourneypool, you have decided to represent this league. For this reason, we will not allow any names which have a prefix indicating representation of other leagues, clans, clubs etc.
5. Remember that submitting an application does not guarantee that you will become a Tournament Director. The decision to approve/decline is made by the TD Manager.
6. If approved, remember that Tournament Directors are expected to be active. If you reach 60 days of not hosting a tournament, you will automatically be removed as TD by Cases software. This is non-negotiable as we have no control over Cases software.
